Booking Terms & Conditions
  • Booking Deposit

    • A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure the reservation.  In the event that the booking is cancelled outside the allocated cancellation period, this is non refundable but can be used towards a future booking.

  • Security Deposit

    • A security deposit of  €300 will be required at time of booking and this will be refunded in full within 5 days after the chalet inspection.  The refund will be processed to the method of payment used for your initial booking unless requested otherwise.

  • Cleaning Fee

    • A fee of €75 will apply to every booking over and above the daily rate.  In the event that the cleaning is deemed 'excessive' and requires more than the allocated cleaning time, an extra charge will apply.  This charge will be supported with photographs and an explanation of the extra work required.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • Free cancellation is permitted 48 hours after initial booking and confirmation email date.  A full refund will be processed.

    • Cancellation upto and including 21 days before check-in (date shown in the confirmation email) will incur a 50% refund of the total stay.

    • Cancellation 7 days prior to check-in (date shown in the confirmation email) or departure at any time from check in date before check out date will not be eligible for a refund.  However, your security deposit will be returned to you within 5 days of the booked departure date.

  • Breakages

    • We would be most grateful if you could please notify us of any breakages or items that are missing or faulty as we will need to replace or repair them for the next guests.

  • COVID 19

    • In the event that the French Government restricts travel or places a ban on internal travel within France or other countries entering France, we will naturally refund you in full.  The ban would need to include your checkin date.
